What you will do

  • Act as a trusted integrator among employees, business leaders, and HR organization.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to execute hiring plans and coach managers on employee development.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster positive organizational culture.
  • Oversee complex employee relations issues and provide conflict management coaching.
  • Support organizational change, workforce planning, and design efforts.
  • Analyze HR data to create actionable insights and lead special HR projects.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Wilton, CT, US
  • 8+ years of HR experience as an HR Business Partner in a global technology organization.
  • Experience coaching senior leaders and delivering people-focused projects.
  • Strong analytical and IT skills including HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Legal authorization to access controlled technology as per US Export Administration Regulations.
