What you will do
- Build strong relationships and provide customized HR consultation to the Product and Design organization.
- Influence People Team strategy and programming to align with R&D business objectives.
- Streamline processes and execute People initiatives effectively leveraging strong operational skills and Workday expertise.
- Partner with the business to roll out key People initiatives such as performance management and compensation programs.
- Provide guidance on major departmental People initiatives like succession planning and re-leveling.
- Coach and mentor employees, management, and leadership to foster a high-performing organization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of HRBP experience, preferably supporting R&D teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge in organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and immigration.
- Strong operational discipline and experience with Workday.
- Proven ability to lead and influence all levels within an organization.
- Experience building rapport with a distributed workforce, adapting to various styles and situations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology company.
