What you will do

• Develop and execute unified brand strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Lead creative direction and oversee production of brand campaigns and digital content.
• Build and manage a creative studio focused on rapid testing and data-driven iteration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, e-commerce, and sales teams.
• Drive consumer insights and market trends to inform brand and creative strategies.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team fostering innovation and growth.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Jersey City, NJ
• 10+ years experience in brand and creative leadership, preferably in DTC or consumer brands.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to connect creative work to performance data.
• Proven success managing creative teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
