What you will do
- Lead B2B marketing strategy and cross-channel programs including digital, social, paid media, and events.
- Manage media buying campaigns and optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Creative, PR, and Analytics teams to align messaging and priorities.
- Support event sponsorships from evaluation to activation and performance analysis.
- Use data and insights to track KPIs and improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Must have 7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, travel tech, or digital platforms
- Strong communication skills and analytical mindset
- Ability to work onsite in Miami Coral Gables office at least 3 days per week
- Experience with multi-channel marketing, media buying, sales enablement, and partner marketing.
- Project management skills and ability to handle multiple workstreams.
