Focus on executing a data-informed, customer-centric product strategy, shaping future travel experiences, and fostering influential stakeholder relationships.

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

What you will do

Own the creation of a strategic product roadmap with clear outcomes, KPIs, and milestones.
Drive implementation of AI/ML solutions to improve processes and products.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalable, future-proof designs.
Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams and guide decision-making in ambiguous situations.
Use research, data analysis, and experimentation to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
Mentor junior PMs to develop skills and elevate team performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master’s degree; or equivalent related professional experience.
Demonstrated expertise in leading product vision and strategy development.
Strong technical background with experience in AI/ML.
Proven ability to drive business decisions and profitability.
Experience in leading user experience design and data-driven product strategies.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence across various levels of an organization.
