What you will do

• Lead product strategy in your product area, collaborating with the co-founder and Head of Product.
• Lead discovery and delivery efforts independently, surfacing insights directly from customers.
• Translate strategy into well-defined roadmaps, priorities, and actionable requirements.
• Influence senior stakeholders across the business and gain buy-in for your vision.
• Educate the wider company on your product’s direction and impact.
• Coach junior Product Managers and contribute to best practices.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping successful products/features.
• Confident in strategic planning, prioritisation, and discovery methods.
• Ability to influence across departments, from engineering to executives.
• Demonstrates commercial acumen and makes data-informed prioritisation decisions.
• Clear communicator, able to sell in your long-term vision confidently.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.
