What you will do
- Track and analyze channel performance across the full marketing stack, using AI tools to uncover patterns and identify optimization opportunities.
- Measure and optimize ROI across campaigns and initiatives, from first touch to closed deal, to recommend budget reallocation.
- Build and maintain pipeline funnel analytics, creating comprehensive dashboards to track flow, conversion rates, and identify bottlenecks.
- Experiment with AI-powered analytics tools like Infinigrow, Amoeb.ai, Crayon, and Dimension, evaluating and integrating them into workflows.
- Design intelligent dashboards and reporting systems that provide actionable insights to GTM teams, sales leaders, and executives.
- Analyze attribution and customer journeys, mapping prospect touchpoints and using multi-touch or AI-powered attribution models.
- Create predictive models and forecasts using historical data to plan with confidence.
Requirements
- Fluent with data tools and platforms including Salesforce, Google Analytics, paid ad platforms, email analytics systems, and BI tools.
- Ability to pull data, query databases, or write simple SQL, and comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered analytics platforms such as Infinigrow, Amoeb.ai, Crayon, or Dimension.
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, including MQL, SQL, pipeline, CAC, LTV, and attribution.
- Active exploration of the AI analytics landscape, staying updated on new tools and approaches.
- Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and tell compelling stories with data.
- A builder's mindset, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a focus on iterative improvement.
