What you will do

• Dig into marketing data from Salesforce, Hockeystack, and other tools to uncover insights that shape strategy
• Build dashboards and reports that make complex data simple and actionable for marketing and leadership teams
• Experiment with AI-powered analytics, including predictive models and generative AI tools
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to level up the marketing intelligence stack
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and data teams to ensure insights drive real business impact
• Tell compelling data stories that influence decisions and strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing analytics, data science, or marketing operations
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Attribution tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Strong analytical skills with SQL (Python is a plus)
• Experience using AI or machine learning tools for marketing insights, forecasting, or automation
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data in an engaging way
