TL;DR

Marketing AI Analyst (Marketing): Analyze and optimize marketing channel performance, ROI, and pipeline funnel using AI-powered analytics tools. Focus on building intelligent dashboards, attribution modeling, and predictive forecasting to drive data-informed marketing strategies and revenue growth.

Location: Work from home in Central and Eastern Europe or from offices in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague.

What you will do

  • Track and analyze marketing channel performance across paid ads, email, content, partnerships, events, direct, and organic channels using AI tools.
  • Measure and optimize ROI by channel, campaign, and tactic to recommend budget reallocations.
  • Build and maintain pipeline funnel analytics dashboards to identify bottlenecks and connect marketing efforts to revenue.
  • Experiment with and evaluate AI-powered analytics platforms to surface insights and automate reporting.
  • Design self-serve dashboards and automate routine reporting for GTM teams.
  • Analyze customer journey attribution and run A/B tests to measure campaign impact.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Central or Eastern Europe (including Czechia, Slovakia) or work from company offices in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague.
  • Fluent with data tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, paid ad platforms, email analytics, BI tools, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered analytics platforms like Infinigrow, Amoeb.ai, Crayon, or Dimension.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, GTM funnel, ROI, attribution, and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-analytical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a builder's mindset.
