What you will do
- Communicate with hot leads and existing customers via calls and emails
- Build positive and long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues for prompt resolution
- Assist customers with product feature inquiries
- Meet team KPIs and securely handle sensitive information
- Maintain working knowledge of client products and services
Requirements
- Excellent Dutch (C1+) and English (B2) language skills
- Experience with Google Suite and customer support
- Positive, responsible attitude and tech-savvy
- Personal laptop/computer with minimum 8GB RAM and stable internet (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
Nice to have
- Experience in sales
- Experience with CRM systems
