TL;DR

Focus on resolving critical product issues, developing solutions to minimize cycle time, and improving future releases in collaboration with internal teams.

Location: Remote, anywhere in Romania

What you will do

  • Work a set schedule, provide prompt, accurate follow-up to tickets and calls.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, QA, and Product Management to resolve critical product issues and develop solutions.
  • Create and deliver product or technology training to internal and external partner teams.
  • Share knowledge of issues and resolutions, including creating new knowledge base articles.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure high-quality service interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, and at least 2 years in a customer service/support role.
  • Proficient in Windows troubleshooting (registry, services), with working knowledge of MacOS and general understanding of Linux distributions.
  • Understanding of virtualization platforms and basic networking.
  • Must be able to work a set schedule during office hours Monday to Friday.
  • This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Mac troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Linux troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience with Zendesk.
  • Previous experience with RMM software.
  • German / French / Italian / Spanish language skills.
