What you will do
- Guide customers in strategic use of Cognigy technology and conduct structured discovery
- Provide expert assessments and articulate business value to enterprise executives
- Define and track customer success metrics and design retention strategies
- Create tailored engagement plans and craft sales proposals
- Develop customer advocates and collaborate with Sales and Technical teams
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager in software
- Strong understanding of SaaS value and IT processes
- Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Experience with CRM and customer success tools
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Location: Must be based in the USA for remote work
