What you will do

• Define and own the software and data strategy, building a future-proof architecture for mobile, e-commerce, CRM, and analytics.
• Oversee all software technology, including app development, backend, data infrastructure, website, and CRM integrations.
• Design and implement a centralized data infrastructure with scalable data pipelines and analytics foundations.
• Lead and develop the engineering team, fostering a performance-driven culture based on clarity and accountability.
• Embed automation into all workflows and identify/implement AI tools to enhance scalability and operational speed.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in software engineering for subscription-based, data-heavy, or app-first businesses.
• Track record of building or scaling strong software and data platforms in high-growth or multi-market environments.
• Experience with multilingual, multi-region infrastructures and managing diverse tech stacks.
• Deep expertise in cloud architectures, data systems, mobile platforms, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of AI applications, data operations, and automation frameworks.
• Fluent in English.
