What you will do
- Own strategy, roadmap, and execution of the unified notifications platform.
- Define communication models, lifecycle states, and data contracts for members and providers.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to consolidate multiple communication systems into one platform.
- Build self-service tools for Marketing, Implementation, Provider Ops, and Care teams.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability to ensure delivery reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align communication needs and communicate prioritization to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Seattle metro area and willing to commute 2-3 days per week starting 2026.
- 5–7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years on platform or infrastructure products.
- Strong technical fluency with event-driven architectures, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience with communications/notifications platforms preferred.
- Proven ability to drive multi-quarter platform strategy and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex systems.
