What you will do

• Lead and scale a cross-functional team of 50+ including product, UX, development, analytics, and marketing.
• Set OKRs and project milestones, prioritize product development balancing pragmatism and quality.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on priorities and achievements.
• Mentor and coach direct reports to support personal and business growth.
• Drive product vision and strategy for the Core Experience area.
• Engage actively in the product community to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience leading teams and managing change cross-functionally.
• Strong stakeholder management, consensus-building, and communication skills.
• Experience in digital product management in agile environments (SCRUM/KANBAN).
• Fluent English required; conversational German.
• Proven ability in strategy development and aligning teams on goals and metrics.
