What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard EOR partners in target countries and regions.
• Establish partnerships with local payroll, tax, and mobility service providers.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to secure competitive pricing and quality service.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner-related challenges.
• Research market trends to strategically expand the partnership network.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in South Africa or Egypt for remote work
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, international relations, or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in partnership or vendor management within EOR, HR, or global mobility.
• Strong understanding of EOR services, payroll systems, and global HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures and geographies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
