What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify, prioritize, and manage relationships with strategic partners including cloud providers and system integrators.
- Lead partner negotiations and coordinate technical onboarding with internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create partnership proposals and training programs.
- Track partnership performance using KPIs and report progress for continuous improvement.
- Provide market intelligence and act as a subject-matter expert on vector search technology.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in cloud computing, AI/ML, or open-source software.
- Strong technical understanding of database, search technology, and AI/ML ecosystems.
- Proven success in negotiating and scaling strategic partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
