What you will do
- Manage the lifecycle and growth of key accounts, focusing on partner satisfaction and hirify.global's growth.
- Lead complex negotiations (renewals, rate adjustments) autonomously.
- Perform data-driven diagnosis of portfolio metrics (Churn, Utilization, Unit Economics) to identify root causes and prescribe action plans.
- Proactively identify opportunities for revenue expansion by increasing inventory and adjusting cap rates.
- Act as the regional market's voice, collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Operations to resolve structural friction points.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Strategic Account Management or Consultative Sales, with a strong plus for B2B partnerships experience.
- Strong business acumen, including understanding of P&L, margins, and ROI.
- Advanced analytical depth, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for scenario modeling and data analysis.
- Demonstrated autonomy and decisiveness in problem-solving within ambiguous environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
