Requirements

  • Experience in a customer success or client-facing role, preferably within a software company.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate software solutions and their business value.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Must be based in Munich, Germany.
