What you will do
- Manage enterprise accounts across technical, business, and product aspects ensuring alignment with client goals
- Own the customer journey post-sale including training, feature adoption, and strategic business reviews
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams by sharing feedback with Product and R&D
- Provide proactive updates on product releases and relevant content
- Identify and lead upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
- Facilitate webinars, workshops, and education sessions tailored to client needs
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B SaaS client-facing role
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency
- Strong understanding of mobile marketing or digital analytics ecosystem
- Technical and analytical orientation with ability to grasp SDKs, APIs, or data workflows
- Willingness to travel 2–5 times per year
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with hirify.global products
- Background in SDKs, APIs, SQL, or mobile app tracking
- Knowledge of mobile marketing strategy, attribution, or analytics
