What you will do
- Enable and activate new customers during their critical first six months through onboarding calls, meetings, emails, or onsite visits.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with commercial teams for follow-up.
- Serve as a key connector across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams.
- Provide customer feedback to shape product roadmap and support feature releases.
- Support escalations involving feature enablement or complex setups.
Requirements
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands and eligible to work there
- Fluent in German and English
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or e-commerce.
- Strong relationship-building skills and commercially driven mindset.
- Comfortable navigating complex setups and cross-functional challenges.
