What you will do

• Provide expert consultancy, technical leadership, and delivery assurance across client assignments.
• Lead discovery, assessments, workshops, and develop transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Support pre-sales with proposals, presentations, and strategic narratives.
• Develop and evolve service offerings aligned with market trends and client needs.
• Mentor specialists, deliver training, and build a professional community.
• Represent hirify.global through thought leadership, events, and content creation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work hybrid from UK locations.
• Experience in cloud optimisation, readiness assessments, migration planning, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of security, governance, compliance, FinOps, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to lead client workshops, develop business cases, and support programme governance.
• Excellent communication skills for pre-sales and marketing collaboration.
• Mentoring and community leadership experience.
