- Conduct and oversee advanced AI safety research on large language models and critical systems.

- Collaborate on evaluations and red-teaming projects in high-risk domains like CBRN and cybersecurity.

Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK
- Proven track record of high-impact AI research with top-tier publications or equivalent experience.
- Deep domain knowledge in language models and AI safety.
- Strong research judgment and experience leading novel AI safety research directions.
- Advanced programming skills in Python and data science tools to review team work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience in red teaming and evaluations in high-risk domains such as CBRN and cybersecurity.
