What you will do

• Collaborate with feature teams to develop and refine the development roadmap, vision, and strategy for Star Trek Fleet Command.
• Oversee the feature lifecycle from specification writing to launching core features, including release analysis and reporting.
• Implement player-focused improvements, in-game events, sales, and campaigns.
• Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with the target audience's needs.
• Manage and analyze game and market metrics to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Serve as a vocal and proactive team member, communicating complex ideas and maintaining visibility with cross-functional teams and upper management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management and/or product development in software or live services.
• Comfortable interpreting data and market trends to guide decision-making and navigate ambiguity.
• Understanding of player behavior and user experience, connecting player needs to product and company goals.
• Skilled in managing backlogs, setting goals, and choosing the right tools and techniques.
• Strong collaborator with a track record of mentoring and empowering others without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Previous working experience owning live operations on a major F2P title.
• Experience in either 4X strategy or MMORPG games.
