What you will do

• Prioritize and perform complex payment pricing analyses for new and existing customers.
• Manage direct customer communications for pricing and rate negotiations.
• Manage various operational queues to meet internal and external SLAs.
• Support Payment Operations coordinators and directly assist customers with payment inquiries and escalations.
• Monitor merchants and transactions for suspicious activity and collaborate on chargebacks and disputes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on payments pricing, networks (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and industry.

Requirements

• 3-4 years experience in an Operational Capacity, preferably within Financial Services and/or the Payments Industry.
• 2-4 years of cards payments pricing experience.
• 2-3 years previous customer success / support experience, preferably in a card payments environment.
• General knowledge of ACH and wire transactions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to change in a high-growth business environment.

Nice to have

• Generative AI Certifications or experience building AI Agents.
• Program management experience.
• Direct experience in card acquiring and/or issuing.
• Experience in compliance, fraud, and risk management at a fintech, bank, or card network.
• Data analytics experience including SQL to make operational recommendations and decisions.
