What you will do
- Manage and administer the full portfolio of federal, state, and partner contracts.
- Ensure contract records and systems are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
- Partner with Finance on journal entries, invoicing alignment, and monthly reconciliation workflows.
- Prepare pricing volumes, spreadsheets, and compliance documentation for proposals.
- Implement and optimize contract-related tooling, leveraging automation and AI/LLM capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Market Development, Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in federal contracting, vendor-side contracting, procurement support, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of government contracting fundamentals.
- High comfort with technology, modern SaaS tooling, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational rigor.
- Experience preparing pricing volumes, proposals, or contract packages.
- Work from the contiguous United States is required.
- US work authorization is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with federal agencies (VA, CMS).
- Experience with CLM or CRM platforms (e.g., Unanet, Salesforce-based CLMs).
- Familiarity with finance/accounting processes.
- Experience supporting digital services or agile teams.
