What you will do
- Lead and support a team of customer support engineers, providing mentorship and removing operational roadblocks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and implement development plans.
- Act as a bridge between the team and other departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Oversee and actively contribute to user operations projects, representing generalist teams.
- Contribute to the development of innovative strategies for the user operations team's efficiency and growth.
- Partner with engineering teams to resolve complex customer issues and generate valuable insights for product development.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of leadership experience, ideally in a Support, IT, Engineering, or similar environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to high-level planning.
- A collaborative mindset for effective cross-departmental work.
- Familiarity with data science concepts and the ability to translate insights into business strategies.
