What you will do
- Lead and manage the regional Customer Solutions Architect team of 5 members in Dublin.
- Collaborate with global leadership to execute CSA operational strategies and ensure a metrics-driven approach.
- Own recruiting, ramping, and retaining top CSA talent in partnership with Talent team.
- Foster communication and collaboration across Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management teams.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure high-quality ticket and incident management.
- Analyze support metrics and maintain regular reporting on team performance and customer trends.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Dublin, Ireland with hybrid office attendance 3 days per week
- 4 to 6 years of technical leadership experience in SaaS or Data Analytics environments.
- Experience leading technical teams focused on customer journey, such as Technical Account Management or Solutions Architecture.
- Proven track record in scaling and operationalizing technical customer success or account management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Experience with recruitment and hiring processes.
Nice to have
- Experience building and leading Technical Support or Field Engineering teams in SaaS or platform businesses.
- Experience developing best practices for customer post-sales journeys.
- Familiarity with ancillary tools, data infrastructure, and APIs.
