Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland with office attendance expected 3 days a week

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the regional Customer Solutions Architect team of 5 members in Dublin.
  • Collaborate with global leadership to execute CSA operational strategies and ensure a metrics-driven approach.
  • Own recruiting, ramping, and retaining top CSA talent in partnership with Talent team.
  • Foster communication and collaboration across Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management teams.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure high-quality ticket and incident management.
  • Analyze support metrics and maintain regular reporting on team performance and customer trends.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Dublin, Ireland with hybrid office attendance 3 days per week
  • 4 to 6 years of technical leadership experience in SaaS or Data Analytics environments.
  • Experience leading technical teams focused on customer journey, such as Technical Account Management or Solutions Architecture.
  • Proven track record in scaling and operationalizing technical customer success or account management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Experience with recruitment and hiring processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience building and leading Technical Support or Field Engineering teams in SaaS or platform businesses.
  • Experience developing best practices for customer post-sales journeys.
  • Familiarity with ancillary tools, data infrastructure, and APIs.
