Location: NYC (hybrid: 3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance available to the United States.

Salary: $200K – $310K + Offers Equity

What you will do

• Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Design, architect, and develop full-stack solutions using an experiment-driven, iterative approach.
• Prepare detailed scopes of work and project plans for prototypes and full production deployments.
• Work hands-on with customers' technical teams as an expert and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, and Applied teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide actionable product feedback.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, codifying best practices and sharing insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional full stack engineering experience (excluding internships)
• Customer-facing experience is highly desirable
• Experience with relational databases like Postgres/MySQL
• Bias for action and willingness to work iteratively with customers to deliver the right solution

Nice to have

• Former founder, or early engineer at a startup who has built a product from scratch
