What you will do

• Manage and traffic online advertising campaigns across the hirify.global network.
• Coordinate social media and newsletter campaigns with internal teams.
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance of creative materials.
• Monitor campaigns to meet all goals, including start/end dates and impression targets.
• Support Account and Business Development teams with impressions forecasts and product availability for Media Plans.
• Extract and analyze delivery reports from third-party applications to track performance and make recommendations.

Requirements

• Must possess a BS/BA degree.
• 6 months to 1 year of digital advertising experience.
• Experience in campaign management and trafficking.
• Knowledge of ad serving technology, such as Google Ad Manager.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of at least one more European language (preferably French, German or Italian).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Applied AI Tools (e.g., Gemini).
• Experimentation mindset and eagerness to integrate emerging AI-driven solutions.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Programmatic knowledge.
