What you will do

• Lead and inspire an international team of Campaign Managers, ensuring financial accountability for managing and growing top-tier advertiser accounts.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision of new team members.
• Drive continuous growth through regular coaching, feedback, and hands-on support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and support your team in addressing client-specific challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with internal partners from different departments to ensure excellent client service delivery and team alignment.
• Develop frameworks for monitoring campaign health, standardize workflows, and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Work effectively with Sales, Account Strategy, Operations, and Product teams.
• Experience in managing clients and driving performance KPIs across the marketing funnel.
• Consistently exceed goals and contribute to team success.
• 2+ years of experience in a people manager role.
• Deliver clear, relevant, and solution-oriented updates to leadership and teams.
• Apply innovative solutions to challenges and balance granular detail with big-picture perspective.
