What you will do

  • Develop and scale the end-to-end strategy for high-budget Google Ads campaigns across Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube, Search, PMax, and UAC.
  • Lead large-scale budget planning, forecasting, and KPI ownership (CAC, LTV/CAC, CVR, ROI, revenue).
  • Build and manage optimisation roadmaps and quarterly OKRs, initiating new tests and innovation initiatives.
  • Oversee creative performance pipelines, running testing frameworks and driving iteration cycles with the Creative team.
  • Own funnel performance for Google Ads, partnering with UX/Funnel teams to develop and optimise conversion rates.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small UA team, providing coaching and conducting performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Advanced hands-on knowledge of all Google Ads campaign types (Demand Gen, GDA, Video, Search, PMax).
  • Proven experience running structured, high-volume creative testing with a deep understanding of creative pipelines.
  • Expert command of automation for campaign testing, bidding, and management (scripts, autorules, automated workflows).
  • Experience building robust strategic test-and-learn roadmaps and prioritising hypotheses by impact.
  • Solid understanding of UX fundamentals with the ability to recommend funnel and landing-page improvements.
  • Highly analytical, structured mindset with strong attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets and tools like Excel, BI platforms (Tableau), and GA4.

Nice to have

  • Experience with additional media-buying platforms, including DSPs, Paid Social, Native Ads, or Apple Search Ads.
