What you will do

• Plan, implement, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across social media, Google ads, and website channels.
• Create and test engaging digital content including copy and creatives.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to meet key targets and support growth.
• Support other departments on social media best practices and manage daily social media interactions.
• Monitor and report campaign performance with recommendations to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Office based in London or Madrid with hybrid work (3 days in office)
• Native-level English proficiency required
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) and Ads Managers.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Good knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Ability to produce clear data-driven reports and manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and AI in digital marketing.
• Brand management and email marketing experience.
