What you will do

• Provide custom support and operational recommendations for high-spending clients in the Iberian market.
• Lead execution on new campaign launches and ensure end-to-end optimization of budgets, targeting, and creative.
• Proactively monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues.
• Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue and product expansion.
• Manage inventory, create custom reports, and handle first-level client responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams and attend trainings to develop skills.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for deep-diving into data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to build strategies, action plans, and work with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong influencing, communication, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a solutions-oriented mindset, organized, structured, and proactive.
• Previous work experience in KPI analysis, client-facing communication, and digital marketing is a plus.
