Location: Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in downtown Nashville

Salary: $145,000–$165,000

What you will do

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops.
• Maintain documentation and Knowledge articles.
• Contribute to projects/programs addressing future concepts, products, and technologies.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all sprint work for other BAs/BPCs on the team and help to direct more junior members.

Requirements

• Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM.
• Ability to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
• Certified System Administrator (preferred).
• Prior development and/or architecture experience (strongly preferred).
• Strong presentation, project and situational awareness, communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
