What you will do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for billing and accounting capabilities, supporting merchant growth and operational efficiency.
- Craft feature and scope definitions balancing customer value, business impact, and implementation complexity.
- Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to shape product direction and lead discovery.
- Build scalable financial automation experiences and define accounting integrations with external systems.
- Drive implementation and execution of the team’s roadmap across multiple squads.
- Define, track, and report on product success metrics such as adoption, retention, and automation rates.
Requirements
- English: B2 required.
- Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
- Proven track record delivering SaaS products at scale, ideally in billing, invoicing, accounting platforms, or financial automation.
- 8+ years of Product Management experience within ecommerce, financial automation, billing, accounting, and/or SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of billing/invoicing systems and the end-to-end billing lifecycle.
- Familiarity with accounting concepts and integrations, including general ledgers and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise leading cross-functional teams and executing roadmaps in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to various stakeholders.
