Salary: Estimated annual salary for Principal level: $228,000 - $275,000; for Senior level: $187,000 - $229,000

What you will do

• Lead product pricing for a key solution area and spearhead cross-functional monetization initiatives across the portfolio.
• Develop insights and commercial models to maximize revenue and profit potential, driving sustained growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine business models and define monetization strategies for new offerings.
• Optimize packaging and pricing for existing products and help implement future Go-to-Market motions.
• Guide pricing proposals through hirify.global’s governance process from concept through full implementation.
• Develop analytical insights with Finance to inform hirify.global's overall revenue strategy, including consumption-based pricing and discount optimization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and business operations within an Enterprise SaaS or technology company.
• Demonstrated success in commercialization strategy, driving projects from framing to execution.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong data handling and financial skills to deliver proactive analysis and insights independently.
• A self-starter attitude with a personal interest in technology and Internet services.

Nice to have

• Prior top-tier management consulting and/or corporate strategy experience in a technology company.
• Master of Business Administration desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
