Salary: $111,900 – $186,500 base salary + annual bonus

What you will do
- Review and validate Customer Value Plans, understanding customer business goals and translating scope for project teams.
- Mobilize and kick off program implementation, validating agreements and engaging broader account teams for comprehensive plans.
- Work with customers to agree on implementation frameworks, including project acceptance, timelines, and joint governance.
- Provide oversight across all teams and locations, ensuring hirify.global Data Access governance is applied.
- Act as an escalation point for all involved teams, identifying issues and supporting resolution planning.
- Manage the feedback loop with Product and Engineering teams to help deliver agreed roadmap enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management leadership, preferably in financial data or technology solutions.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment and influence cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, and subscription models.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA, or CFA preferred.
