What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for CRM, Salesforce, and other strategic projects.
• Create project plans, identify constraints, dependencies, and proactively manage risks.
• Control scope, evaluate business priorities, and define goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate discussions, and drive progress with internal and external partners.
• Ensure stakeholder objectives are achieved, including status updates and financial reporting.
• Manage dependencies across multiple projects and business unit needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or equivalent field required.
• 7+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years on complex technical transformation projects.
• Prior experience directly managing CRM, Salesforce, and CPQ implementations in an Enterprise environment.
• Expert knowledge in lead-to-order operations and conversant in technical language (Salesforce, CRMs, systems integration).
• Experience with risk identification, assessment, and management, along with work estimation on technical projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC, and strong interpersonal and communication skills in a global environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent understanding of business process and financial concepts.
• PMI and/or Lean/Agile certification(s).
• Experience with Change Management methodologies.
• Experience with multinational corporate structures.
