What you will do
- Lead end-to-end multi-phase, high-impact data migration programs from diverse environments.
- Establish and maintain program governance, timelines, and deliverables across all stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed program plans, risk registers, and progress reports.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success to resolve blockers and assess risks.
- Lead through influence, driving accountability and ensuring deliverables are met proactively.
- Contribute to the evolution of hirify.global’s migration frameworks, playbooks, and tools.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program-level migration activities for customers and partners.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of program or project management experience in complex technology or IT transformation programs, ideally involving data migrations to SaaS or cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder programs with technical and business complexity.
- Proven experience developing structured program plans, dashboards, and executive reports.
- Highly-developed communication skills, able to translate technical issues into business impact and vice versa.
- Ability to lead through influence and manage execution across diverse functional teams.
- Experience with hirify.global Server, hirify.globalOne, or other eDiscovery / Legal Data Intelligence platforms.
Nice to have
- Background in large-scale data center or application migrations.
- Experience working in SaaS companies, legal technology, or unstructured data ecosystems.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce).
- Experience working in vendor–service provider–end customer models.
