What you will do

• Lead major design projects from discovery through delivery, defining problem statements and ensuring design quality.
• Navigate ambiguity, applying independent judgment to develop effective solutions for complex challenges.
• Mentor and coach other designers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to align design strategy.
• Communicate design concepts clearly through visual storytelling and presentations.
• Develop design strategies that balance user needs and business impact, ensuring measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX design across the full product lifecycle for software or web-based applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, design systems, and collaborative tools like Miro or FigJam.
• Strong background in user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to partner with Product and Engineering teams to define strategy and ship high-quality designs.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.

• Experience designing enterprise-level applications, especially in support or contact center environments.
