What you will do

• Lead UX discovery and pre-sales workshops, including problem framing and solution visualization
• Advocate user-centric design impacting business outcomes and product metrics
• Conduct user and stakeholder research, competitor analysis, and domain research
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and cross-functional teams
• Support delivery teams with UX oversight and design clarifications

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Dallas, USA
• English: Advanced level (C1) or above required
• 5+ years experience in UX/UI or product design for digital and enterprise systems
• Experience with pre-sales, discovery, and complex system design (fintech, healthcare, dashboards)
• Proficiency in Figma and building scalable design systems
• Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field
