What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences, information architecture, flows, wireframes, and prototypes for Omni platform modules.
• Embed AI-native UX elements like Org Intelligence insights and agentic automation into workflows.
• Produce clear, component-ready design specifications for engineering implementation.
• Conduct user research and validation cycles to refine designs and improve usability metrics.
• Ensure consistency and quality across the design system and collaborate closely with PMs and engineers.
• Communicate design rationale and progress to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US or work US remote (EST/CST preferred)
• 5–8+ years of UX/product design experience in SaaS or platform applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design and AI-powered UX experience preferred.
• Expertise in interaction design, prototyping, IA, user research, and design systems.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
