What you will do

• Collaborate closely with customers, compliance, finance, engineering, and executives to ship complex, end-to-end offerings.
• Drive the technical roadmap and architectural decisions as the product and infrastructure evolve.
• Solve novel and challenging problems using coding, strategy, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Must be self-driven with a strong builder mentality and autonomous work style.
• Proven experience in software development.
• Strong communication, coding, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, especially neobank or card issuing.
• Experience with SaaS business models.
• Location flexibility with many engineers based in NYC.
