• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to build the right AI-powered servicing tools.
• Translate complex requirements into manageable deliverables and manage project priorities and risks.
• Drive process improvements and elevate engineering quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives.
• Build scalable architectures supporting future growth and integrations.
• Foster collaboration across teams and deliver high-quality code and product experiences.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership, preferably in healthcare or adjacent industries.
• 3+ years experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Flutter; 3+ years with Ruby on Rails and AWS.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI technologies.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in early-stage startup environments and ability to navigate ambiguity.
