What you will do
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to build the right AI-powered servicing tools.
- Translate complex requirements into manageable deliverables and manage project priorities and risks.
- Drive process improvements and elevate engineering quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives.
- Build scalable architectures supporting future growth and integrations.
- Foster collaboration across teams and deliver high-quality code and product experiences.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership, preferably in healthcare or adjacent industries.
- 3+ years experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Flutter; 3+ years with Ruby on Rails and AWS.
- 2+ years experience with modern AI technologies.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in early-stage startup environments and ability to navigate ambiguity.
