What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for key initiatives, products, and services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful campaign delivery.
• Ideate and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and client engagement.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including content creation, stakeholder approvals, and performance tracking.
• Champion innovation and thought leadership to elevate the London Stock Exchange’s brand presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience working in Fintech and/or with Product teams.
• Experience launching new products and building a go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated experience influencing both business and marketing partners.

Nice to have

• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on findings.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Adobe Suite, Workfront, Eloqua, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, MS Office, and SalesForce.
• Experience using AI applications in day-to-day work.
• Interest in capital markets and the London Stock Exchange's contribution to the financial ecosystem.
