What you will do

• Define and execute digital communication strategy across multiple channels to meet customer marketing goals
• Lead and develop a team of digital communications specialists with a focus on AI proficiency
• Oversee email and push notification campaigns to improve engagement and conversion metrics
• Integrate generative AI tools to enhance content creation, segmentation, and personalization
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align communications with brand and product roadmaps
• Establish KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom
• Proven leadership experience in digital marketing or customer communications in B2B or SaaS
• Experience with email marketing tools, campaign management, and customer journey automation
• Strong analytical skills including A/B and multivariate testing
• Technical fluency with MarTech and AI/ML tools for marketing efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; graduate degree is a plus
