What you will do

• Develop and execute bold talent strategies aligned with engineering organizational goals
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive targeted outcomes
• Build scalable programs including org design, workforce planning, and culture initiatives
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to align functional talent strategies
• Provide executive coaching and maintain confidentiality as a trusted advisor
• Model company values and lead by example

Requirements

• 10+ years HRBP experience with 4+ years in software engineering or product management contexts
• Deep knowledge of engineering organizations and operating models
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI people programs
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Must be located in the US excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with OE consultants or HCM strategy firms
• Background in HRBP teams driving functional talent strategies
