What you will do

  • Manage new client integrations and ongoing client relationships simultaneously.
  • Maintain communication with support specialists and clients to ensure service standards.
  • Ensure support processes comply with KPIs, SLAs, and QA standards.
  • Assist clients in improving customer support experience through strategic planning and product analysis.
  • Mediate and resolve client and consultant concerns proactively.
  • Monitor service quality using internal and external QA platforms.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1-C2) required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with team management.
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms like Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hubspot, Aircall.
  • Understanding of KPIs and SLAs in customer support.
  • Experience with time management tools such as Wrike, Monday, Asana, Jira.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
