What you will do
- Drive commercial growth and retention by owning contract renewals and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with accounts through strategic engagement and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, gathering requirements and advocating internally with Product, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Lead strategic customer projects, from identifying new locations to showcasing new platform features and resolving mid-level escalations.
- Manage and prioritize your book of business, making autonomous decisions on engagement cadence.
Requirements
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills is essential.
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or a commercial-focused role with a proven track record in B2B SaaS & Food Tech.
- Expert relationship building and communication skills with high empathy.
- Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscriptions, and expansion paths.
- Good understanding of APIs/integrations and ability to leverage data for product usage and churn signals.
- Expertise in CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce) for pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting.
