What you will do

  • Drive commercial growth and retention by owning contract renewals and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with accounts through strategic engagement and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, gathering requirements and advocating internally with Product, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Lead strategic customer projects, from identifying new locations to showcasing new platform features and resolving mid-level escalations.
  • Manage and prioritize your book of business, making autonomous decisions on engagement cadence.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills is essential.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or a commercial-focused role with a proven track record in B2B SaaS & Food Tech.
  • Expert relationship building and communication skills with high empathy.
  • Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscriptions, and expansion paths.
  • Good understanding of APIs/integrations and ability to leverage data for product usage and churn signals.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce) for pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting.
  • Applicants must possess the legal right to work in Mexico.

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages.
