What you will do

  • Manage and grow your own sales pipeline leveraging existing and new agency relationships.
  • Work closely with Group Head Media Agency to drive revenue growth.
  • Convert pipeline opportunities into new customers and accounts to meet targets.
  • Build deep client relationships and manage key accounts.
  • Contribute proactively to team strategy and company vision.
  • Mentor and support team members.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Milan
  • Strong background in digital or mobile sales and account management.
  • Expert knowledge of mobile market and trading.
  • Existing large contact list and agency relationships.
  • Proven track record of pipeline growth and deal closing.
  • Self-starter with confidence in presentations and teamwork.
