What you will do

• Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
• Conduct comprehensive financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning exercises.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and evaluate business initiatives.
• Analyze key financial metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for business performance.
• Support the annual audit process and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Netsuite, Spiff are a plus).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills for presenting financial information.
